The physio sessions helped me get back to running really quickly, and my physio Izzy was very friendly and helpful!

I've suffered for years with shoulder and neck pain, went to other physiotherapists (here and abroad) in the past with no success. But finally found one that works. Vivian Mulryan is an expert. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t recommend DBC Ashleaf enough! Really professional and organized service with the kindest staff. I was in for an ACL injury and shoulder rehabilitation and for my first physiotherapy experience I was very impressed. Kevin was great from communicating with my surgeon and doing thorough examinations to find the best possible recovery plan, to taking into consideration my goals and personal situation, and not to mention the variety of gym and physio equipment available to use during the session. Overall I am really happy with my rehabilitation and will be going back if I ever need to. Can’t thank Kevin enough!

I was always sceptical of physio because the exercises all seemed a bit small and stupid DBC in Ashleaf is great though. Its not just someone getting your knots out and sending you on your merry way.
The service involves physio consultation and the implementation of specific resistance machines to really get your core muscles working and get you back to being yourself.
No mirror muscles stuff. Muscles that are right in the joints of your skeletal system. Strengthening the little ones to stabilise your tendons, ligaments and joints.
I've multiple injuries from work, ex army and I'm a sonographer which has some pretty poor ergonomics.
