What is Vestibular Rehabilitation?

Vestibular rehabilitation is a specialised form of physiotherapy that is a research based and proven effective treatment for many forms of dizziness, vertigo and balance disorders, Our expert clinicians are all physiotherapists who have undergone extensive post-graduate training to specialise in the treatment of these conditions.

The initial assessment involves research based techniques, tools and specialist equipment to accurately diagnose the problem and then design a tailored treatment plan to help. This initial assessment typically takes an hour and follow up sessions take approximately 45 minutes.

We work closely with consultant ear, nose and throat specialist doctors. We can liaise and refer to them as needed to best manage your symptoms and refer for further investigation and treatment when needed.
