Vivien Mulryan

Vivien completed her undergraduate degree in Physiotherapy at UCD and graduated with an Honours Degree. She comes from a sporting GAA background and has a keen interest in sports injury rehabilitation and Strength & Conditioning. She uses a combination of exercise therapy with our specialised DBC Physiotherapy devices with manual therapy and dry needling treatment. 

Vivien has obtained further training in treating vestibular disorders in King’s College London. She treats dizziness, imbalance, BPPV, vestibular migraines, Meniere’s disease and other vestibular conditions.

Alongside her clinical role, Vivien is lead physiotherapist with Westmeath Mens Senior football team. Other clubs she has worked with include Athlone GAA, Padraig Pearses (Roscommon) and Athlone F.C. She assesses and treats pitchside trauma and is actively involved in the management of injuries and return to play. 

She is passionate about continuous professional development and has completed a wide range of courses to develop her skill set such as training in Emergency First Aid, pitch side emergency cardiac and trauma courses and Strength and Conditioning in Specialist Populations, orthotic prescription and dry needling. 

Vivien is a certified pilates instructor. She teaches classes in the clinic on a weekly basis.Please contact the office for more information if you would like to join our pilates group.
